On the morning of January 10, 2020, Special Forces Association Chapter 3 and the Thai Police School 3 held a memorial service for SSG Wallace D. Gumb, who was fatally injured while trying to disarm an unexploded grenade while training Thai Police Students in on 6 January 1968. Our Post presented a wreath and members and their spouses attended the ceremony hosted by the school and COL Redmon, Special Forces Association Chapter 3. Comrade James Williams, a member of our post was SSG Gumb's supervisor at the time of the accident and was able to attend the ceremony as well. District 5 Commander Randy Riggs was also in attendance. Thanks to all who provided photographs for this page..
